Our refrigerator is overflowing! And our farmers say that this will be one of the smallest shares of the season. We have radishes, kale, collard greens, beets, a huge head of lettuce, a big bag of spinach, spring onions, and we would have had kohlrabi too but Meira ate it before we could get it to the car. So tonight for dinner I cooked up some of the collard greens along with the discarded kohlrabi greens and we ate them with dill-rye bread. Mmmm.
Any suggestions for dinner tomorrow? Volunteers to join us?
